I'm reading through a Guns&Weapons for law enforcement when I see one of those full page book ads has a VHS tape on how to build a home-workshop .50 cal sniper rifle. The thing is by some fella named Bill Holmes.
Is this for real? Does a dremel tool, some screw drivers, and a couple of tubes of thermal goop qualify as a home-workshop?
I'm guessing it's either using off the shelf parts of some sort, or else you need have access to some pretty decent equipment and have a millwright in the family.
It's no railgun, but it would be nice View image: /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
